WE MUST MAKE THE PRESENCE OF GOD OUR FIRST PRIORITY!
Matthew 6:33
But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Do Not Love the World
15 Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. 17 The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever.
Proverbs 16:3-7
Commit your works to the Lord
And your plans will be established.
4 The Lord has made everything for its own purpose,
Even the wicked for the day of evil.
5 Everyone who is proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord;
Assuredly, he will not be unpunished.
6 By lovingkindness and truth iniquity is atoned for,
And by the fear of the Lord one keeps away from evil.
7 When a man’s ways are pleasing to the Lord,
He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.
WE MUST SEEK GOD FIRST HUMBLE OURSELVES BEFORE HIM AND COMMIT TO HIM ALL THAT WE DO AND
WE MUST BE PERSISTENT IN OUR PRAYERS TO HIM.
Luke 11:5-13
Then He said to them, “ Suppose one of you has a friend, and goes to him at midnight and says to him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves; 6 for a friend of mine has come to me from a journey, and I have nothing to set before him’; 7 and from inside he answers and says, ‘Do not bother me; the door has already been shut and my children and I are in bed; I cannot get up and give you anything. ’ 8 I tell you, even though he will not get up and give him anything because he is his friend, yet because of his PERSISTENCE he will get up and give him as much as he needs.
9 “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened. 11 Now suppose one of you fathers is asked by his son for a fish; he will not give him a snake instead of a fish, will he? 12 Or if he is asked for an egg, he will not give him a scorpion, will he? 13 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?”
WE MUST PUT ON THE ARMOR OF GOD AND PERSEVERE
Ephesians 6:10-18
The Armor of God
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. 14 Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all PERSEVERANCE and petition for all the SAINTS,
WE MUST STAY ALERT TO THE WAYS OF THE ENEMY
AND THE WAYS OF THE WORLD AND THE WAYS OF THE FLESH THEY WILL ALWAYS BE IN OPPOSITION TO GOD AND ALWAYS BE TRYING TO CAUSE RESISTANCE
RESISTANCE : refusal to accept something new or different
: effort made to stop or to fight against someone or something
: the ability to prevent something from having an effect
LETS BE PERSISTENT IN GIVING PRECEDENCE TO THE PRESENCE OF GOD AND PARALYZE RESISTANCE!!!!!
